Abstract Guidelines

The Scientific Committee of the 15th Scientifica Conference 2024 is pleased to invite all qualified and aspiring Physiotherapists to submit their Scientific Abstracts for presentation during the conference.

Paper presentations for online registrations will be hald on November 15th, 2024, and for offline registrations on November 16th and 17th, 2024.

All abstracts must be prepared strictly according to these guidelines. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will not be reviewed. We encourage early submission to ensure prompt confirmation and processing.

  • The abstract must be written in ENGLISH.
  • The submitting author must be the presenting author, as correspondence will be with the presenting author, although presenting author does not have to be the first named author listed on the abstract.
  • Only one presenting author per paper is permitted.
  • The body of the abstract is limited to 300 words (excluding the title and information on authors) and shall be sent in the format mentioned under “Abstract Structure”
  • All presentations must describe original work to which all the authors listed have made a significant contribution. Any reference to personal experience should be clearly labeled as such.
  • Abstracts whose authors do not register with full payment before the last date (i.e. Jan 30, 2024) will be withdrawn.
  • Only Presenting authors will receive a certificate of presentation.
  • The abstracts should be made and sent in word format only (MS office Word).
  • Any study design will be accepted including case studies as well as systematic reviews. The study can be on any theme or domain.
  • Research or studies that have awaited results will not be accepted.
  • For scientific paper presentation registration is compulsory.
  • Kindly send a scanned copy of your highest degree certificate in case if you have
    completed your graduation and in case of a student send a scanned copy of college ID
    with the date issued.

Abstract Structure

Title Title of the Abstract
Author(s) Name with affiliation
Category Undergraduate/Postgraduate/Professionals.
Purpose Aims and objectives of the study should be explained briefly
Relevance The contribution of the study to clinic evidence and practice of physiotherapy.
Participant information and Methods A brief description of number of participants, their recruitment for the study, method of sampling, and their characteristics. Insights on methodology should also be included.
Analysis A brief description on the type of qualitative/quantitative data analysis used to assist you in interpreting your data.
Results A short summary on the main findings derived from your analysis.
Conclusion Mention the conclusion and future scope of your research work.
Implications Clinical implications of the study and how it can add value to the physiotherapy community in general.
Keywords Maximum three keywords that describe your research best
